Collabula (“the Service”) is a subscription-based software service operated at getcollabula.com. We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This policy outlines when and how refunds are provided.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to your paid plan features until that date
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • Your projects and data are preserved — nothing is deleted

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase or any renewal charge, provided there has been no significant usage during that period
  • Annual subscriptions: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical issue that prevented access to the Service, contact us within 60 days for a full refund
  • Duplicate charges: Any duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full upon verification

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

  • Partial billing periods after cancellation (your access continues until the period ends)
  • Subscription charges beyond the 14-day eligibility window with significant usage
  • Third-party charges such as AI provider API usage incurred through the BYOK feature
  • Plan downgrades — the difference is not refunded; the change takes effect at the next billing period

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@getcollabula.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. By using the Service immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that you may lose this right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will provide notice via the Site or email.
